2014年1月27日，第四次使濟州島成為”非武裝和平之島”聚會於濟州島四三和平公園舉辦，此活動同時也為了紀念濟州島被宣布成為”世界和平之島”的第九週年紀念。另外，透過此活動，也希望同時喚起大家對已身陷牢獄幾乎一年(於今年2月1日滿一年)的梁潤募教授的記憶。
上午在海軍基地正門前，有多起為紀念梁潤募教授的一人示威活動。晚間，在濟州監獄前，許多人參予了為了給梁潤募教授加油打氣的燭光晚會。人們在監獄外進行許多活動，有時也大聲呼喊，希望在監獄內的梁教授能夠聽到，並受到鼓舞。
