The navy says more than 40% of 772.6 billion won (six years’ business term, standard in 2006) of the Jeju naval base construction cost would be allocated to the Jeju local enterprise. In accounting the numbers of jobs, the report is also exaggerating the numbers of jobs by basing on total production by one person, which is far smaller than the wage of Jeju worker that should be criteria.
