On March 2, 2013, People from across Korea and Jeju gathered in remembrance of March 6, 2012, the first day of the blasting of Gureombi Rock. It’s hard to believe that it was one year ago. It seems so recent and also so long ago.

The gathered people held a concert in the soccer field next to the construction site gate, and then marched from there to the Gangjeong Port. At the gate they paused to thrown paper planes with messages of peace written on them over the wall of the site.

In the port there was a party, with food and drinks, and more music, and a one year memorial video.
